Our world continues to change and due to the spread of COVID-19, our hotel will open on July 1st, 2020, following the latest Greek Government orders and travel restrictions.
We recognize that these are unsettling times and we assure you the safety and wellbeing of our partners and guests is of utmost importance. At this point in time, we are fortunate enough to say that there are no reported COVID-19 cases in Paros Island. As the situation continues to evolve, we are doing everything in our power to ensure your travel safety.
Starting from July 1st, 2020, we will be waiting with open doors and open hearts to welcome you.

We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our premises and operate according to the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Greek Government guidelines.

Every staff member is using personal protection equipment (PPE) and has received expert training on rigorous cleaning and operating practices. The training frequency has been increased and attention is given on hygiene measures and the latest information on coronavirus. This is vital to keeping our employees and guests safe.
In addition, a designated Hygiene & Safety team was created, responsible to monitor and support the overall operation of our hotel and ensure we operate flawlessly complying with latest authorities guidelines.

We enforce a rigorous cleaning regime and thorough sanitization practices in all rooms and common areas for the guest’s and the staff’s health. Freshly cleaned and disinfected rooms are left unoccupied for at least 24 hours before they welcome the next guests or are rigorously disinfected in case of same day arrival.
Laundry of our sheets and towels, is done on-site to avoid unnecessary contact with others outside the hotel.
In accordance to the Greek Government guidelines, regular cleaning or change of sheets and towels, will be avoided. But you will let us know your needs.

Avoid overcrowding in all common areas.
Guests are encouraged to complete the fast e-check-in option prior to arrival and to use contactless ways of payment.
We introduce early check out at 11:00 AM and late check in from 15:00 PM. This way we ensure that it will be enough time for fresh air ventilation and proper disinfection of the room.
Guests can receive directly the invoice to their email, without printing it.
All keys and cards are sanitized prior to the arrival.
Hand sanitizer are available in all common areas and we encourage frequent use for both staff and guests. Masks are available upon request. Infrared thermometers are available at the front desk to conduct temperature checks of our guests and employees upon request.
Visiting guests/friends of our guests, will not be allowed conforming to the Greek Government guidelines.

Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol based hand rub or wash them with soap and water
Avoid all unnecessary contact
Avoid touching eyes, mouth and nose
Cover the mouth with your elbow when coughing and sneezing.
Keep at least one meter (three feet) distance between you and others, especially when coughing or sneezing.

Are they any CoViD-19 incidents on Paros Island ?
So far we are fortunate not to have any reported CoViD-19 cases in Paros.
How do you clean and who accesses my room daily?
Housekeeping staff will be accessing your room, wearing PPE at all times. Maintenance works will be avoided while rooms are occupied from the guests.
If during my stay another guest gets ill from CoronaVirus, what kind of help/support can i expect from Malamas Apartments ?
A responce plan has been drawn in order to isolate any potential incident in our hotel. All guests will be notified accordingly. The affected guest(s) will be assigned to a trained member of our Hygiene and Safety team, who will be solely attending to them.
What care can be given, where is the nearest Health facility ?
The nearest Health cacility, is the Paros Medical Center, located 1km or 3min drive from the hotel.In case you dont feel well, please notify the Reception immediately.
